Quality Trained Home Care, Support and Personal Care Staff
We have a bank of the highest quality staff, many of whom have worked for Kent Social Care Professionals for a long time. We work hard to retain our care and support workers and offer them excellent training and career development.
Registration of Carers: All carers are interviewed face to face and undergo a full screening process which includes full enhanced CRB check and health declaration.
• We hold a CV for all Carers and Support workers
• All carers and support workers have a KentSCP Enhanced CRB covering adults and children.
• All training is provided by KentSCP to ensure they hold full and up to date knowledge of all national care standards. A training needs assessment will be made at interview.
• Application form completed, including Health Questionnaire, Rehabilitation of offenders, Data Protection, Working Time Directive,
