Our typical approach to providing domiciliary care services follows this path:
• Meet the service user at their home, usually with the Care Manager and/or family
• We carry out our own Risk Assessment and care needs assessment where necessary
• Match suitable carers to the package
• Regular spot checks by senior care staff
• Communications book left on premises for both carers and client comments
• Attend Review meetings
• Supervision of Carer
• On-going training and CPD for carers including NVQ qualifications
• Emergency on-call service, 7 days a week
• Weekly invoices to ensure quick and convenient payment.
